The Beam, Core, & MAX models by Recover Red come with an automatic 3-year limited warranty.
Who is eligible to use this limited warranty?
Recover Red, Inc. ("Company") warranties apply only to Recover Red light therapy devices ("Product" or "Products") purchased from RecoverRed.com. This limited warranty applies only to consumer use and does not cover the use of the Product in a commercial or institutional setting.
During the applicable warranty period, the Company warrants the Products against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally following the applicable instructions for use provided in the operating and service manual for the Product.
During the warranty period, the Company will repair or replace Products or parts of Products that prove defective due to faulty materials or workmanship under normal use and maintenance at no cost.
The Company reserves the right to change the availability of this limited Warranty at any time, but any changes will not be retroactive.
What will we do to address the issues?
If you submit a valid claim to the Company during the applicable warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair the Products at no cost, using new or reconditioned parts; or (ii) replace the Products.
refurbished replacement products or parts of Products, (ii) replace the Product at no charge with a functionally equivalent product, or (iii) exchange the Product for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling fees may apply unless prohibited by applicable law.
For the first 120 days, the Company will bear all shipping costs associated with your request within the original country to which the order was shipped. Shipping costs will be your responsibility if you are no longer located in the country where the order was originally shipped. Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Company after the first 120 days.
Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remaining period of the original warranty.
How long does the protection last?
The warranty period for Company Products purchased through recoverred.com is determined by the device purchased and begins on the date of purchase. The limited warranty is not transferable and may be void if ownership of the product changes. The original purchaser must submit all claims.
What is not covered by the limited warranty?
This limited warranty does not cover the following things: (a) cosmetic damage; (b) damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repairs; (e) damage resulting from transportation; (f) damage resulting from liquid contact; (g) damage resulting from storage; (h) theft or loss of the product; I defect resulting from normal wear and tear or other defects due to the normal aging of the Product; and (j) The original purchaser must submit all claims.
In addition, the Product may consist of, contain, be contained in, be incorporated into, be attached to, or be packed with parts or goods made by a third party (a "Third Party Product"). The company makes no representations or warranties regarding any third-party products, including any (a) warranties of merchantability, (b) warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, (c) warranties of title, or (d) warranties against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party, whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.
What must you accomplish?
You must first submit a service request form, which is available here, to receive warranty servicing. When everything is finished, a member of our customer service team will email the client to offer assistance. The original buyer must lodge any claims.
Please be aware that, at the request of our support staff, you may be required to complete different troubleshooting activities before a service request can be processed.
Maintenance and repair
Our service staff will give you additional instructions for shipping your device(s) to our service center if it turns out that it needs service or repair.
Only certified Recover Red technicians are allowed to perform any services or repairs. After our post-service testing is finished, the device will be returned to the customer.

Before providing warranty service, we might need you to provide proof of purchase information.
All implicit guarantees, such as those of merchantability and fitness for a specific purpose, shall have a time restriction of the duration of the applicable warranty period unless prohibited by applicable legislation. The aforementioned limitation may not apply to you since certain countries do not permit limitations on an implied warranty's duration.
Restrictions on Liability
Except as stated in this warranty and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the company is not liable to the purchaser or any third party for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts), loss of the use of money, loss of business, loss of data, loss of business profits, loss of business interruption, Under no circumstances may the company's liability exceed the actual sum you paid for the faulty product. The above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you because some countries do not provide the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The aforementioned restrictions do not apply to claims for wrongful death, personal harm, or any legal responsibility for willful and/or seriously negligent conduct and/or omissions.
Rule of Law
Without respect to its rules on conflicts of law, the laws of the State of Pennsylvania shall govern this limited warranty.

Buyer acknowledges that they will only use the Products by the directions and warnings contained in the operation and service manual that was provided with the Products, and only for the purposes for which they were designed. Buyer is in charge of the Products given to it under this Agreement and bears all risk of loss, theft, or damage to the Products. The operation and service handbook that comes with the products includes a guarantee that applies to the products. The company makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and expressly disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages, except for what is stated in the operating and service manual.
Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, suits, actions, demands, disputes, allegations, or investigations made by any third party, governmental agency, or industry body, and all claims, suits, actions, demands, investigations, and disputes that may arise from any of Liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from or connected in any way to I Buyer's use of or access to the Company website, including, without limitation, Buyer's use of or access to any information presented on or through the Company website, (ii) Buyer's contributions to the Company website, (iii) Buyer's breach or alleged breach of any warranties made by Buyer hereunder, (iv) Buyer's use of or When a third party claim is covered by Buyer's indemnity, Company reserves the right to take over the defence; in that case, Buyer will assist Company in pursuing any available defences.
